At Kalon, we understand that buying diamond jewellery is a significant investment and we want our customers to feel confident and satisfied with their purchase. That’s why we offer a 15-day return policy on all our diamond jewellery.

If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return the item within 15 days of the delivery date for a full refund or exchange. Please note that the item must be returned in its original condition, with all tags and packaging intact.

To initiate a return, simply contact our customer service team on WhatsApp no. 8999573536 or drop a mail at info@kalondiamondjewellery.com, who will guide you through the process. Once we receive the returned item, will inspect and if everything is in perfect condition then  will process your refund or exchange within 5-7 business days.

Please note that our return policy applies only to diamond jewellery purchased directly from Kalon on ready to ship  items. Any custom-made or engraved items cannot be returned or exchanged, except in the case of a manufacturing defect.
