For diamond jewellery, we provide a 90% exchange value and an 80% cashback value. This means that if you wish to exchange your diamond jewellery for a new piece, we will offer you 90% of the original value of the jewellery towards the purchase of your new item. If you prefer cashback, we offer 80% of the original value of the jewellery.

For uncut and rosecut diamond jewellery, we offer a 50% exchange value, while for gemstone and diamond-studded jewellery, we offer a 70% exchange value.

For loose solitaires and solitaire-mounted jewellery, we offer an 80% exchange value and an 80% cashback value.

Please note that all exchange and cashback values are provided after deducting making charges, GST, and any discounts that were applied at the time of the original purchase.

Once we receive the returned item, will inspect and if everything is in perfect condition then  will process your refund or exchange within 15-20 business days.
